Before completing payment, the user is obligated to verify the address and contact information they have provided, in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. If the address and/or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, responsibility for any resulting delay in delivery rests with the user.
Amara reserves the right to refuse or cancel a user's order if there is suspicion of fraud, or of an unauthorized or unlawful transaction.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery of Purchased Products
The user agrees that delivery of products they have purchased will be carried out by Amara's contracted supplier.
For the purpose of providing courier services, Amara will share confidential personal information known to it about the user — specifically, the user's first name, last name, address, and phone number — with its contracted supplier.
Amara transfers products purchased by the user to its contracted supplier, who carries out transportation of the products to the specified address. Amara's responsibility ends at the moment the product is handed over to the contracted supplier. The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers entirely to the courier service company.
The policy on the processing and storage of confidential information can be found in the relevant section of this document.
Receiving Your Order
The user can receive purchased products on both business and non-business days.
Products purchased from Amara's website are delivered within 3-5 business days.
The cost of courier service is determined at the time the order is placed and is communicated to the user before the order is confirmed.
Payment Terms
Payment is made exclusively via non-cash (cashless) payment.
When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to a payment page, where they enter their card details. The payment request is processed and confirmed by the bank.
Amara does not have access to either the payment page or the bank card details entered by the user.
Upon successful completion of payment, a message containing the relevant information is displayed on screen.
After payment is completed, the user will receive confirmation of the successful completion of the order at the email address they provided.
Limitation of Liability
Amara makes every reasonable effort, within its capabilities, to develop appropriate protective mechanisms; however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, or for damage caused by third parties, including services offered by them to the user.
By registering on the website, the user confirms that they have legal capacity, have reached the age of 18, and use the website of their own free will and at their own risk.
Amara is not responsible for ensuring that the website or its services will be constantly available to the user, and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software defects, viruses, and/or any other errors.
Amara accepts full liability for damage resulting from its own negligence, as well as for cases where information necessary for user authorization becomes known to a third party due to Amara's fault.
Amara excludes any liability, both its own and that of all its employees, in the event of a culpable violation of this document and applicable legislation by the user.
If Amara's liability is established by a court, it is limited to the value of the disputed product.
The company disclaims full liability for any type of damage and/or delay that may be caused by the involvement of third parties — internet providers, mobile companies, and other disruptions to their operation.

The user has no right to use them in a way that demeans or damages Amara's reputation. In the event of such a violation, Amara reserves the right to pursue legal remedies. The user will be liable for material and non-material damage caused to Amara; such damage may include costs incurred by Amara to remedy the damage, including legal and court costs.
Purchasing a product on the website does not transfer any copyright to the user.
Amara respects the copyright of other persons and calls on users to respect Amara's copyright.
